GUIDING WOMEN TO RECLAIM THIER BODIES, MINDS, AND TRUTH

Body Story — because true transformation begins in the body.

This is a space to come home to yourself.
To feel safe, grounded, and alive in your skin again.

In the Body Story course, we move beyond numbing and disconnection and into deep presence. Through guided movement, self-inquiry, and gentle ritual, you’ll learn how to meet emotions like sadness, fear, anger, shame, and grief—not as problems to fix, but as messengers to listen to. Over time, old patterns soften, self-trust grows, and a felt sense of sovereignty begins to emerge.

Body Story is especially supportive for women in recovery and for women exploring alcohol-free living who feel drawn to a softer, soul-led way forward—one they define for themselves. This work offers sobriety not as deprivation or discipline, but as a path of reclamation, clarity, and rebirth.

This is not about forcing change or fixing yourself.
It’s about alchemizing what already lives within you.

Together, in a compassionate and grounded container, we honor both the shadows and the light. You’ll be invited to deepen your relationship with yourself—your body, your emotions, your intuition—so your life can be shaped from the inside out.

Body Story is for women who are ready for something real.
You do not need to be sober to join.
You do need to be willing to feel, listen, and choose yourself.

Your path is yours to create.
Let this be where it begins.

Transforming Relationship with Alcohol

Embodiment work offers a profound, loving, gentle, and holistic path to transform our relationship with alcohol by tapping into the innate wisdom of the body. At its core, this approach is about coming home to yourself—reclaiming your body as a sacred space and listening deeply to the messages she holds.

Alcohol often becomes a coping mechanism, numbing uncomfortable emotions, stress, or unresolved trauma. The Ishtara Method invites us to shift away from avoidance and instead explore these feelings with curiosity, compassion, and presence.

By anchoring into the body, we access a wellspring of intuitive knowledge that helps us uncover the "why" behind our habits. This is not about shame or judgment, but rather a gentle, loving approach to self-discovery, reclamation and healing.

Through the Ishtara Method, we create space to reconnect with sensations, emotions, and energy stored within. This connection allows us to release, rewire and complete patterns of tension, stress, pain, and stagnation that alcohol may have masked. This method honors your unique experience and emphasizes flow, freedom, and balance—qualities often suppressed when we seek solace in external substances.

Ishtara Method helps cultivate a sense of inner love and grace, a deeply nurturing trait that allows us to hold ourselves with compassionate awareness. As we cultivate and deepen this relationship with our body, we begin to feel the innate aliveness and joy that alcohol once promised but could never truly provide. With time, this growing sense of wholeness gently reduces the need to rely on substances to fill emotional gaps.

Releasing an unhealthy relationship with alcohol through embodiment is not about rigidity or restriction. It’s about stepping into your power, reclaiming your sovereignty, and nurturing yourself in ways that honor your body, mind, and soul.

TESTIMONIALS

"How do I begin to explain what Ishtara has done for me and my life? How do I capture one of the most pivotal moments of my existence?

I didn’t find Ishtara—Ishtara found me. Before I even knew what it was, my body had already begun guiding me to move and release through music. I would engage in this practice here and there throughout my healing journey, but only in moments of full-blown crisis—never as a preventative or permanent healing modality.

Then, I heard a podcast where Nicole shared how Ishtara had transformed her life after a long road of healing. I was immediately hooked.

From the very first class, my soul returned home to my body. Within the container of Ishtara, guided by Nicole, I experienced an indescribable sense of safety—something I had never felt before. From that moment on, my connection to both the practice and to Nicole only deepened as I alchemized decades of trauma and pain.

Nicole was instrumental in my healing, intuitively reading my body and knowing exactly how to guide me—through her framing, song choices, and the powerful presence she holds within her own skin.

I am forever grateful to Nicole, to Tracy, and to Ishtara for bringing me home to myself. Thank you beyond words."

“The Body Alchemy has taught and brought me to a place where I can believe and trust my body to her desires. Learning and enjoying the process of the nervous system, releasing and rewiring. By the end of the 6 week course, I’m blown away on how much I had taken away. From breathe and breathing, building confidence, believing in her movement. Coach Nicole is a big part of why I’m on my way to succeed. Her positive encouragement and kindness guides me through the process and gives me the foundation and tool to continue on with my journey and continue learning. Also thank you to my group of strong ladies I had the pleasure of meeting and going through this with.”

“The Body Alchemy sessions exceeded my expectations. I have done different kinds of healing work as well as breath work and yoga. I was impressed by how effective the Ishtara technique is and how well Nicole held space for our group. I really think the group setting is key because I didn't realize I was in resistance to being seen in my body. Also, it was a gift to witness for others. Whether you're new to healing work or you've been at it for years, I highly recommend the method and you can't go wrong choosing Nicole as your guide.”
